  Where you are right now in property isn't important. Where you want to go is what I am concerned with when I accept or reject applications for my mentoring program.

  Potential 'mentees' have asked me to break down the profile of the group so here are my estimates based on my experience of having spoken with nearly one hundred people who have shown an interest in my mentoring program...

  The group itself will consist of many different types of people from every conceivable background.

  40% of the group will have between three property and twenty properties. They will form the majority. 30% of the group will be new to the business. They will be people who, with a little guidance from experienced property investors could go on to achieve amazing things in property.

  The remaining 30% will have 20 properties or more (some will have many more) and they will be there to pick up nuggets of information that could make a huge impact on their property businesses - a 5% improvement on a £10m property portfolio is a lot of money!

How Many People Will Be Accepted Into The Program And When Does It Start?

  I'm going to accept 100 property entrepreneurs into the mentoring program. I have 452 people who have expressed an interest in being mentored by myself and my team so by the time I have finished calling everybody back I expect to officially start the program in May 2008.
